1-5 December 2025

Join us for the 21st Equip Conference (formerly the Zambia Leadership Conference) — our annual church conference dedicated to equipping believers for faithful Christian living. The conference will take place from December 1-5 at Central Africa Baptist University.

This year’s theme, Empowered by the Spirit, invites believers to explore the personhood, deity and work of the Holy Spirit, the third member of the Trinity. Sessions will address topics such as the purpose and place of tongues, baptism of the Holy Spirit and spiritual warfare — clearing up common misconceptions and equipping you to live in the power of the Spirit.

Enjoy five days of fellowship, worship, prayer and preaching alongside believers from across Africa. This conference is for the entire church — members, chaplains and pastors alike.

Tracks

Equip Track

Designed for all church members, this track will equip every believer with a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit and His vital role in the life of the church. Through sessions on topics such as spiritual warfare and the personhood of the Holy Spirit, you will be equipped to address common misconceptions with confidence.

Pastors Track

Pastors will study the book of Jude, which calls us to contend for the faith once delivered to the saints and to build one another up in the most holy faith. Equip25 will highlight the critical need for pastors to teach the truth and defend it amid growing confusion, error and ignorance — especially regarding the person and work of the Holy Spirit. These sessions will equip pastors to teach biblical truth about the Holy Spirit and apply it faithfully in their ministries.

Chaplains Track

This year’s Equip25 Chaplains Track focuses on how to study the Bible, equipping chaplains with practical tools and insights for effective Bible study. Ultimately, this track will empower chaplains not only to study Scripture faithfully but also to address the growing confusion and ignorance surrounding the person of the Holy Spirit.
